Spicy Detoxing bath soak (bottle)

Get ready to sweat! For sore muscles or when you feel congestion or a cold coming on.

Add 1/3 of bottle to warm bath. Prepare yourself to get in and stay in, as it is very spicy upon re-entry. Soak up to 30 minutes. Scrub off in the shower. 

Baking soda may be used to remove any residue from tub.

Ingredients: organic ginger, cayenne, baking soda, mediterranean sea salt
