SPICY DETOX BATH SOAK

Get ready to sweat! For sore muscles or when you feel congestion or a cold coming on. 

Add 1/3 of envelope to a warm bath. Prepare yourself to get it and stay in, as it is very spicy upon re-entry! Soak for 30 minutes and scrub off in the shower. 

Baking soda can be used to remove residue from any residue from tub. 

Ingredients: organic ginger, cayenne, baking soda, mediterranean sea salt
