Elise's foundational approach is based on functional healing and nutritional therapy. She has extensive training as a Functional Nutritional Therapist and she is a Restorative Wellness Practitioner. She began as a massage therapist in 1987 and over the years has training in other modalities such as cranio sacral therapy, integrative rehab therapy, myo fascial release neuro muscular therapy, to name a few. Her success and effectiveness is the culmination of 36 years of experience of caring and healing for others to help you.
